Both directions of traffic have been reopened along Highway 1 after a two-car collision blocked off the road north of Half Moon Bay near Nurserymen’s Exchange.

Traffic was backed up all the way to Highway 92 as law enforcement worked to clear the accident.

At least two people were injured in the collision and taken away in ambulances.

Highway 1 at Roosevelt Boulevard was closed in both directions on Monday afternoon following an accident which resulted in at least two injuries and backed up traffic to Highway 92 for an hour.
